去年の秋の福島県小野町。
The pictures of last autum from Ono town in Fukushima.
放射能なんて本当にあるのかと思うほど、いつもと変わらない景色。
１０月も半ばを過ぎて、木々は紅葉を始めていた。
I wondered whether we really had the problems about the nuclear plants,
because there were no change to a splended view from our home.
Trees started turning red over the middle of October.
父が一人で建てた竹塀。
竹にはペンキを塗り、
柱にした木（けやきだったかな？）は、炭焼きにしたらしい。
もみじの赤が映えてきれいだった。
Dad built this wooden fence.
He painted bamboo and baked trees(maybe zelkova) for pillars over chacoal.
Maple turned the color red looked nice in front of them.

両親が二人でコンクリートを敷き詰めた。
その完成度の高さにびっくり。
父の知識と母の美的感覚の賜物。
これだけできれば十分すばらしいと思うのに、
母は納得していなかった。
Dad and mum concreted the ground.
I was surprised that their work was very mature.
It was the result of his knowledge and her sense of beauty.
I think it was enough but mum wasn't satisfied.
この春に、また小野町を訪れます。
